Refunds/Credits:

SHINE Gymnastics does not offer refunds or credits for any reason.

 Special circumstances will be assessed on an individual basis by our management team.

Make Up Classes:

We do not offer refunds or make up times for missed lessons.

Payment Information:

Upon registration, non-refundable payment is due.

Membership fees are also due which include Gymnastics Ontario Insurance

Uplifter accepts a variety of cards, including some debit options.

Weather/Uncontrollable Circumstances Policy:

In the case of inclement weather, SHINE Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel all programming for impacted times at our discretion
