Payment Information:

PD Day, Winter Break, and March Break Camps require full payment upon registration

Gymnastics Ontario Fee:

As a Gymnastics Ontario gym, we are required to have all clients insured.

Gymnastics Ontario Camper Insurance fees for the 2025/2026 season are $35 + HST - for programming starting July 1st 2025  

Refunds/Credits:

SHINE Gymnastics does not offer refunds or credits once payments are made

Make Up Classes:

Make up classes are not offered

Weather/Uncontrollable Circumstances Policy:

In the case of inclement weather, all Recreational and Advanced Recreational Programming will be cancelled when WRDSB cancels schools. We do not offer refunds/credits/make up classes for weather related cancelations, or other cancelations outside of our control
