SHINE Gymnastics Centre

 

Gymnastics Ontario Fee:

As a Gymnastics Ontario gym, we are required to have all clients insured.

Insurance fees are $70 + HST for Recreational Athletes

 

GO fees for this season are valid from July 1st 2025 to June 30th 2026.

 

SHINE Membership Fee:

Upon registration, each participant will be charged a $50 + HST SHINE Membership fee.

SHINE Membership fees for this season are valid from July 1st 2025 to June 30th 2026.

 

Insurance and Membership fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Payment Information:

Upon registration, a non-refundable deposit is due.

The deposit includes Gymnastics Ontario Insurance and our SHINE Annual Membership Fee

Uplifter accepts a variety of cards, including some debit options.

Once a payment is processed, there are no refunds.

 


 

Refunds/Credits:

SHINE Gymnastics does not offer refunds or credits for any reason.

 Special circumstances will be assessed on an individual basis by our management team.

 

Make Up Classes:

Make up classes are not offered at this time

Weather/Uncontrollable Circumstances Policy:

In the case of inclement weather, SHINE Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel all programming for impacted times at our discretion

. We do not offer refunds/credits/make up classes for weather related cancelations, or other cancelations outside of our control

NSF Policy

Effective January 1st 2026

To ensure consistent and timely payment processing for all programs, Shine Gymnastics has established the following NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) and declined-payment policy.

Declined Payment Fee

A $5.00 fee will be applied for each declined transaction, including but not limited to:

Insufficient funds

Expired or invalid card

Payment authorization failure

Incorrect billing information

This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with reattempting payments.

Late Fees:
$25 + hst late fees will be applied to all unpaid payments once they become 3 days late

In order to withdraw from our monthly payment  programs, we require one full month’s written notice to Info@shinegymnastics.ca

This means that if you wish to withdraw from our flexible monthly payment programming ONLY for December 1st, we must receive your notice before November 1st.

In other words, members must provide 1 Full Month’s Payment notice. THIS OPTION IS ONLY VALID FOR MONTLY PAYMENTS

This policy ensures we can effectively manage our class schedules and provide the best experience for all of our athletes.

SHINE Gymnastics does not offer refunds or credits for any reason.

Once payment is made, the transaction is final - this applies to all programs, services, and products.

Special circumstances will be assessed on an individual basis by our management team.
