Private Lesson Policies

Refunds/Credits:

SHINE Gymnastics does not offer refunds or credits for any reason.

 Special circumstances will be assessed on an individual basis by our management team.

Make Up Classes:

We do not offer refunds or make up times for missed lessons.

Rescheduling Private Lessons:

When possible, we will do our best to accommodate a change in timing for lessons. Due to limited time slots, it is likely that lessons can not be rescheduled. 

A minimum of 1 week notice is required to request a rescheduled lesson.

Payment Information:

Upon registration, a non-refundable deposit is due.

The deposit includes Gymnastics Ontario Insurance and our SHINE Annual Membership Fee

Uplifter accepts a variety of cards, including some debit options.

Weather/Uncontrollable Circumstances Policy:

In the case of inclement weather, SHINE Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel all programming for impacted times at our discretion
